Fixed Term Until End of October 2026

Peterborough is a wonderful place to live and work. We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Business Intelligence Lead - Contextual Safeguarding to join our Performance and Intelligence Service on a fixed-term basis until the end of October 2026.

We are committed to enhancing how information and data are shared across partner agencies, in order to improve operational and strategic approaches to Child Exploitation. The successful candidate will lead the development of multi-agency data sharing processes, including governance and operational protocols, to support our multi-agency partnership. You will help implement systems to accurately record and map exploitation and contextual risks affecting individuals, places, networks, and peer groups.

Working closely with senior management, you will ensure our analytical solutions effectively interrogate data to inform both operational and strategic planning. Your work will be integral to developing robust, supported arrangements for sharing intelligence related to individuals, places, associations, and groups within the partnership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement multi-agency data sharing processes and governance structures.
  • Design and maintain systems for recording and mapping exploitation and contextual risks.
  • Collaborate with senior management to deliver insights for operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Lead data and research projects focused on identifying those at risk and mitigating harm through effective information sharing.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to support contextual safeguarding across the partnership.
