This flexible opportunity offers insight into how children's services are developed, improved and delivered across a local authority. You will gain experience in project work, policy development, training and stakeholder engagement, helping to shape better outcomes for children and families. It's ideal for those interested in social care, innovation or leadership, with opportunities to explore both short shadowing experiences and longer project-based work.
