About The Role:
This flexible opportunity provides insight into how services are improved to better support children, young people and families through relational and restorative practice. You will gain experience in project work, training development and working collaboratively with professionals across services to strengthen practice. It's well suited to those interested in social care or service improvement, offering a unique behind the scenes perspective on how support for families is shaped.
