All about the Role
Come and join us as the ROTH Conference Chair!
You'll be at the forefront of ROTH conferences, chairing ROTH meetings, chairing Child Protection Conferences, championing innovative practices for children at risk outside the home, and driving quality assurance with enthusiasm, including the completion of collaborative audits to support practice improvement.
The ROTH Chair attends key weekly panel meetings, rolls out the exciting Tier 2 (places, spaces, people) ROTH pathway, and energises our teams by delivering dynamic training sessions both inside and outside the organisation.

Are you a dynamic practitioner, passionate about safeguarding and risk management beyond the home? If so, you could be the perfect fit for our Risk Outside the Home (ROTH) Conference Chair role.
You'll bring a wealth of experience from Children's Social Care, with a clear track record of identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks to protect individuals and communities.
Your collaborative and inclusive style empowers practitioners working with children who are at risk outside the home and encourages innovative solutions.
You're a confident communicator, adept at engaging with diverse professionals and facilitating complex discussions to drive best practice. With strong organisational skills and hands-on experience of chairing multi-agency meetings, you ensure every meeting runs smoothly and every voice is heard.
