All about the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and collaborative Housing Needs Partnerships and Strategy Officer to play a central role in shaping and improving our Housing Needs service. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development, review, and continuous improvement of key strategies, policies, and processes that support households facing homelessness or housing instability.
A key focus of the role is building and strengthening partnerships. You will work closely with internal teams, external agencies, and people with lived experience to ensure our approaches are person‑centred, evidence‑based, and aligned with best practice. You will lead Equality Impact Assessments and support the delivery of a positive, inclusive culture across the service.
The role involves analysing service data and feedback to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. You will contribute to service reviews, transformation projects, and audits, helping drive continuous improvement. Supporting workforce development is also central, including coordinating staff engagement initiatives and helping deliver policy briefings and workshops.
