All about the Role
This a part time role of 29.6 hours
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a varied role which provides business support to the Conference and Review Team, which sits within the Safeguarding and Quality Assurance Service, Children's Services. Working within established processes and procedures such as setting up conferences and other meetings, responding to parent/carer and professionals queries, booking interpreters and travel tickets, data entry to our recording systems and raising purchase orders. This role will also involve supporting other administrative needs of the service.
Please note the salary advertised, is for a full time post so will be pro rata accordingly, as this is a part time post.

As an Operations Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the Safeguarding and Quality Assurance Service. This position is ideal for someone who is a team worker, highly organised, detail‑oriented and passionate about supporting services that make a difference for children and families.
