As a Quality Assurance Officer, you'll play a key role in driving excellence at Clare Lodge Secure Children's Home. You'll lead audits,  deliver practice workshops monitor performance, and use data insights to improve services for children. Working closely with the Registered Manager and the wider team, you'll help embed best practice, ensure compliance with regulations, and champion continuous improvement. This is an opportunity to have a real impact on outcomes for young people.

All about You

You must have knowledge and understanding of the legislation that secure children's homes are governed by. 

Experience of

  • carrying out auditing activities.
  • working in social care,health or education settings
  • using spreadsheets, databases and presentation software

Educated to a degree level or equivalent discipline or relative extensive experience in Health and Socila care
