Join us as a Quality Assurance Officer based in Peterborough, where you'll play a pivotal role in championing high standards and best practices across our Children and Families Directorate. You'll lead interactive workshops, support the implementation of innovative quality assurance systems, and conduct insightful audits to help shape and improve the services we deliver. Our team operates within the safeguarding and quality assurance service of children's social care. As part of the safeguarding and quality assurance function, we continuously strive to develop and implement effective quality assurance systems and monitoring tools. Working collaboratively, we run practice workshops and undertake audits, supporting colleagues across the directorate to embed best practice and drive improvement. Our innovative approach allows us to stay ahead of emerging challenges, while our supportive ethos means we are always ready to help one another grow and succeed.

We are seeking an individual who demonstrates exceptional report writing skills, ensuring information is communicated clearly and professionally. You will have substantial experience working within local authority children's social care, possessing a thorough understanding of safeguarding and quality assurance processes. Your approach is diligent and hard-working, consistently striving for excellence and positive outcomes for children, young people, families, and carers. As an innovative team member, you will bring fresh ideas and solutions to challenges, contributing to our stable, supportive, and forward-thinking environment within the safeguarding and quality assurance service.
