All about the Role
As a residential worker here at Cherry lodge you will work with children and young people with severe disabilities between the ages of 5 and 19.

All about You
- Ability to listen to children, young people and their families and to communicate with colleagues and other professionals verbally and in writing
- Ability to complete relevant training including National Diploma 3
- Have confidence to establish and maintain positive relationships with individuals and groups
- Be able to maintain a safe environment
- Ability to encourage play and socialisation
- Ability to work within agreed policies and procedures and use judgement appropriately
- Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, school holidays and bank holidays, often at short notice
