Are you ready to make a difference? The role of Reward Specialist for is crucial in shaping our workforce's future by developing and implementing innovative reward strategies.

You will lead and develop the reward team, inspiring and guiding a talented group to achieve excellence. Focused on creating and implementing reward strategies to attract, motivate and retain employees. Your responsibilities include preparing pay awards, updating pay scales, conducting market analysis and managing third-party relationships. The role also involves leading reward projects, ensuring compliance with policies and legislation and providing expert advice on reward and benefits.

  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Extensive knowledge of benchmarking and market analysis techniques.
  • Ability to lead and develop a team.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to self-motivate and manage conflicting priorities
