We are looking for a full time senior practitioner to join the Older Peoples Mental Health team.
All about our Team
The Older Peoples Mental Health team is co-located within the wider CPFT older people mental health services. We work closely alongside our health colleagues to achieve positive outcomes for people with severe and complex mental health difficulties.
We are a small team consisting of a team manager, senior practitioner, social workers, support worker and peer support worker. We are a supportive team and we meet up regularly in person. Our office is at City Care Centre in Peterborough and we also work from home.
All about You
- You have a current registration with Social Work England
- You have post qualifying experience of 5 years or more.
- You have knowledge or experience of working with individuals with severe and complex mental health illness.
- You have a full drivers licence and the ability to travel between locations
- You have experience of line management or supporting others
- You are an Approved Mental health Practitioner (AMHP) or you have a willingness to complete this training as it is a requirement of the role to be on the AMHP rota.
