We're looking for someone who places learners firmly at the heart of everything they do. Could you work confidently with stakeholders, parents, and young people to create an environment where every learner feels supported, valued, and understood?
In this role, you will help young people develop a real sense of purpose within the College community. You'll support them in achieving their educational goals and provide guidance with any needs that may impact their learning. As part of a busy team, you'll also play a key role in managing safeguarding concerns and supporting learners' daily emotional wellbeing.

- Supporting learners to feel connected and purposeful within the College
- Helping them reach their academic goals and overcome barriers
- Working closely with the Teaching staff to support with Behaviour
