Working as part of our Day Service team, you'll support individuals with a range of needs, including Dementia, Parkinson's, mobility difficulties, and other age-related challenges. Your patience, compassion, and understanding will help people feel safe, respected, and well supported.

What you will be doing:

• Safely transporting individuals to and from the Day Centre.
• Supporting individuals with personal care needs where required.
• Building positive relationships with clients and their families.
• Encouraging participation in activities and social opportunities.
• Promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing.
• Working closely with colleagues to provide high-quality support.

For many of our clients, you will be one of the most important people they see each week. Your kindness, reliability, and support can help reduce loneliness, build confidence, and make a lasting difference to someone's quality of life.

We're looking for someone who is caring, reliable, and passionate about supporting older adults. You'll need to be comfortable working with people who have a range of support needs and be able to build positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.

You will need

• A full UK driving licence with D1 entitlement.
• A calm, patient, and compassionate approach.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work as part of a team.
• A commitment to promoting dignity, choice, and independence.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
