We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Beauty Tutor to deliver engaging and high-quality teaching to learners studying Level 1 and Level 2 Beauty Therapy qualifications within our post-16 provision.
This is an exciting opportunity for an industry professional who is committed to helping young people develop the skills, knowledge, confidence, and behaviours needed to progress into employment, apprenticeships, or further study within the beauty industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging theory and practical beauty lessons to Level 1 and Level 2 learners.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
- Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement.
- Prepare learners for internal and external assessments.
- Monitor attendance, engagement, and progress, implementing interventions where necessary.
- Maintain accurate learner records and assessment documentation (ProMonitor).
- Support learners in developing employability skills, professional behaviours, and industry standards.

Experience supporting learners with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), adapting teaching approaches and resources to meet individual needs and promote positive learner outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health and safety, and equality and diversity requirements.

Experience working with learners who have Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and collaborating with support staff to implement effective learning strategies and reasonable adjustments.
The successful candidate will have:
- Relevant qualification in Beauty Therapy (Level 3 or above).
- Teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one.
- Experience within the beauty industry.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Passion for supporting and motivating young people aged 16-19.
- Experience assessing learner work and providing developmental feedback.
