We are looking for a quality-focused individual with the ability to interact with people at all levels. A forward thinker, with a positive “can do”, “will do” approach, together with the ability to work with others including Stakeholders, parents and learners is essential. You will naturally work to put our learners at the heart of everything you do.
The Wellbeing Admin Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring that students have access to the wellbeing resources and support they need to succeed. Working closely with the Wellbeing Officers, you will assist with the day-to-day administration of the wellbeing team, ensuring that our wellbeing initiatives run smoothly and are accessible to all learners.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Prepare and chair meetings with external agencies
- Update records on the College management system
- Schedule Wellbeing meetings
- Create Risk Assessments/Health Care Plans
