All about the Role
All about our Team
Our team at Clare Lodge is a committed, multi-disciplinary group of professionals dedicated to delivering safe, high-quality care for children within a secure setting. We work collaboratively across care, case management, education, health, and support services to provide a fully integrated, child-centred approach.
The team is focused on creating a consistent, trauma-informed environment where children's safety, wellbeing, and development are at the heart of everything we do. Staff are supported through strong leadership, regular supervision, and a shared commitment to high professional standards and continuous improvement.
Working in partnership with external agencies and internal specialist teams, we strive to ensure that each child receives coordinated support, meaningful participation opportunities, and the best possible outcomes during their time at Clare Lodge.
All about You
You will be an experienced and confident leader with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care within a secure and regulated environment. You will bring a clear understanding of safeguarding, risk management, and trauma-informed practice, and be able to apply this consistently in day-to-day decision-making.
You will have the ability to lead and motivate others, providing clear direction, effective supervision, and constructive challenge to support staff performance, wellbeing, and professional development. You will be organised, resilient, and able to manage competing priorities while maintaining a visible and consistent leadership presence within the Home.
You will demonstrate strong communication and partnership skills, working effectively with colleagues, external professionals, and multi-agency partners to ensure coordinated, child-centred care.
Above all, you will be committed to achieving positive outcomes for children, maintaining high professional standards, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
