About the Role
You will:

- Work closely with curriculum teams, tutors, safeguarding staff, parents/carers, and external agencies to coordinate effective support plans.
- Use restorative practices to resolve conflict and encourage positive learner relationships.
- Monitor attendance, behaviour, and engagement, identifying learners who may be at risk of disengagement or underachievement.
- Contribute to a culture where every learner feels valued, supported, and empowered to achieve their goals.
