Digital & Customer Access brings together digital, data, technology and customer experience to improve how people access council services.

We work across the organisation to design and deliver services that are simple, accessible, secure and joined‑up. Our work includes digital service redesign, customer access transformation, data and analytics and modern infrastructure.

All about You

You are an experienced delivery professional with a strong track record of leading complex change in large organisations.

You understand how to apply programme and project governance in a way that supports delivery. You are confident managing risk, budgets and benefits, and providing clear updates to senior stakeholders.

You build strong relationships, communicate clearly and can influence across teams and partners. You are comfortable working in fast‑paced environments and balancing strategic priorities with hands‑on delivery.
