All about our Team
You will have line management responsibility for a team of five Sundry Debt Officers. You will be an experienced debt recovery professional with a strong understanding of legislation, policies and best practice that underpin effective income collection, ideally within a local authority setting. You bring a confident, structured approach to managing complex caseloads and are comfortable making sound, evidence‑based decisions, including when recommending further enforcement action or write‑offs.
You are organised, methodical and able to plan and prioritise your workload while supporting a team working to tight deadlines in a performance‑driven environment.
